Here are a couple high resolution pictures of my classical guitar. Vaughn Brayton, a friend of mine and guitar maker living near Reading PA, encouraged me to help him construct this instrument. I would say I did less than 15% of the work in making it, but I did get to see what's inside and learn about how guitars are made! I'll probably make a classical guitar again sometime in the future.
I'm finally taking lessons from a classical guitar teacher and loving it! I've been playing this guitar for awhile but now I'm correcting my posture and hoping to learn some of the classical guitar music that people like to listen to.
New! Here's a video clip of me practicing Recuerdos de la Alhambra; I've come a long ways in the 8 months or so since I started practicing this piece but have a long ways to go still. Recuerdos 1.WMV Look at my fancy footrest... a cardboard box! :-)
